Staff was professional, yet friendly. Gorgeous new facility. Kevin, Alicia, Oscar, and John Rios all assisted with the transaction. They were all very courteous but I don't know why it takes so many. Feel a bit like you are handed off to the next in line. I think the same person should take you through the process, except for financing dept. ★★★★★
